After three inspiring days of dialogue, innovation, and collaboration, the 27th World Mining Congress (WMC 2026) has come to a successful close in Lima, Peru. Bringing together more than 5,000 participants from over 70 countries, WMC 2026 reaffirmed its position as one of the world’s leading mining events, providing a truly global platform where industry leaders, government representatives, researchers, investors, students, technology innovators, and mining professionals came together to address the future of one of society’s most essential industries.
